November 2010 - A HUGE congratulations to Kenny Dalgleish and Anne Hamilton from Edinburgh Blues SC who won the BSRA Scooterist of the Year 2010 Best Supporting Male and Female (respectively) with 5314 miles covered by each of them to all the BSRA Nationals in 2010.
With over 50 entrants from all over the country, it's great to see that the Scots came out on top!!
Again, Well Done to both of them.

Just thought I would drop you an email and let you know of our new website. www.2stroketrader.co.uk Dedicated to the 2 stroke geared scooters. Anyone can BUY & SELL parts, scooters, accessories, gifts, old parts, new parts anything related to 2 stroke scooters, Lambretta, Vespa, LML or Bajaj. We started the site after being originally commissioned by the Veteran Vespa Club, to offer a way to list their items for sale. Now its open to all clubs, scooterists and dealers. Its basically its similar to Ebay, its not an auction you sell the items straight away but without the crazy costs, did you know ebay take 10% of what ever you sell called the final selling fee ! List items on 2strokeTrader and its FREE. Anyone can add items it costs nothing ! Special Club Area. We also have a special area where you can add your club and have your own special exclusive area where only your members can have access too. They view items added privately added by other members for sale only to club members. Their is a forum where you can chat about anything, items for sale or just general chat its simple and easy to use. There is an events calendar where you can see everything coming up for the next year. You also have your own club page which is open for anyone to see. Club admins can add members photos, more info about the club, where you meet etc a good starting point where potential members can read more. Its your page to add what you like. Your special club area has its own admin features, where you can turn options on/off, accept/add/remove members, remove forum posts, post events and upload flyers. We also have a photo uploader where you can upload all photos of your club members at a recent rally event which gets added to the rally photo gallery open for all to view and add to. We are asking all club admins to sign up and add your club so we can give you the admin features to enable your members access to your exclusive area. Simply pop along to the website, click LOGIN at the top of the page, complete the fields, you'll need to verify your email address. Once you are logged in, click on 'your club' and then 'Add your club'. Fill out the fields about your club and once verified you'll have access as club admin to extra features to control the special area. Remember the site is new, it went live on 1st March so there are only a few items for sale at the moment list by a few members of VVC and some dealers. This week we're letting all the club admins know. So far we've had an amazing interest. I hope you'll get a chance to pop along to the new site, let your club members know and spread the word.
